This past Saturday night we went with the Furbees to the House of Blues to see the The Script in concert. Before we went to dinner at El Real, the new Mexican restaurant in the old theatre on Westheimer by the same guy that owns Stella Sola and Little Bigs. It was good, although Blake had an upset stomach for a couple of days after.
A few take aways from the concert...
1. The HOB is an awesome venue for a concert. I had never been there for a concert before and it was amazing.
2. The Script was awesome! I only knew three of their songs (the ones on the radio) but all of their songs are good. They are Irish and super funny. We all came to the conclusion that they will be really big one day. Blake already bought both of their albums on itunes!
3. Concerts can be super fun sober! Usually we drink a little too much at concerts, but didn't this time and had a blast. It actually was probably the most fun I have had at a concert in a really long time.
