Part of my anniversary gift to Blake was going to the Dynamo vs. LA Galaxy game. Neither of us had ever been to a pro soccer game before and Blake played soccer in high school so I thought it would be perfect. It was a lot of fun!
There was one section of the stadium that was CRAZY (holding huge flags, a band, jumping up and down the entire time, painted faces - you get the picture). I think that is what entire European and South American stadiums would be like....so fun! I got tickets to this game in particular because David Beckham plays for the Galaxy. Sadly, though, he was not there. :(
Blake says he wants season tickets next season. I told him how about we go to a couple games next season and then we will go from there. After all, it was our first game. I am super excited for the new stadium though. They had a ton of promo stuff there on it, and it looks awesome.
