Blake's 28th!

Blake's 28th birthday was this past weekend, and did we have a celebration! His mom and stepdad came into town as well as some friends of ours from Dallas.

On Friday night his family and my family went to dinner at a favorite Mexican of ours, Guadalajara. It was fun to have everyone together!

On Saturday night we went to the Blue Moose Lodge to watch the KU game.

It was so much fun to have Jessie and Buono in town! I just love them so much.

Ladies Man

After the game we decided to go to the Big Gigantic concert at the House of Blues. We had NO idea what we were getting ourselves into. We had no idea who the band was, we just though it would be fun to go to a concert.

A couple observations: 1. we were the oldest people in there. A chick asked me what school I went to and when I told her I graduated four years ago she looked at me like I was ancient. 2. We were probably the only people in there who weren't on drugs. 3. There were tons of glow sticks and neon colors. 4. It was one of the most fun experiences ever.

I would say that overall it was a very successful birthday weekend! Happy birthday, B!
