We rented a car and drove through New Hampshire to Maine. A bucket list of mine is to visit all 50 states, but it doesn't count if you just drive though. So, we stopped in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, grabbed a coffee, walked around and shopped. That totally counts!
Portsmouth was really cute.
We then headed to Kennebunkport, Maine. The drive was beautiful. So many different colors on the trees.
We stayed at a great bed and breakfast, The White Barn Inn. The old white barn was over 200 years old and they turned it into a five star restaurant. Neat.
We went for a beach cruiser bike ride around town, which was absolutely adorable. So fun!
Bush house!
So much color everywhere!!!
We had a nice dinner this night at the bed and breakfast. No pictures. :(
We had some clam chowder at the local brewery the next day.
Went to visit the Lobsters being caught off shore. Apparently, Lobstermen are pretty rude. They mean business.
Took a short stroll on the beach. It was so cold!
And one of the greatest decisions we have made was to go a movie this night. We used to go to movies all the time but don't get to very much anymore these days. The Martian was pretty good!
Loved relaxing and exploring Southern Maine.
