Nutcracker Market

Every year my mom, sister, and I go to the nutcracker market on the Friday that it is open (it is open Thursday through Sunday one weekend a year). Every year it is crowded, but this year in particular because of veterans day, it was uber crowded. I am talking claustrophobia crowded because you couldn't walk two steps without someone bumping into you. We decided that we are going to only go on preview night, or at night in general from now on.

My purchases this year:

1. A wooden Paul Michael urn for my mom's birthday
2. A marshmallow gun for my nephew for Christmas
3. Some Christmas ornaments
4. Some wrapping paper
5. A cute Santa statue

One of the many Christmas Booths

Hope Brady (screen name) from Days of our Lives was there. She started a jewelry line and was there working her booth. I had to take a picture because my grandmother used to be obsessed with Days of our Lives. It made us smile to see her. However, she looked like she was about to break in half at any second because she was so thin.

I almost bought this lantern topper for a lantern that I already have, but it was $60. My mom said that she would make me one just like it for way less. I took a picture so she could replicate it. I just LOVE burlap ribbon!
