Las Vegas

We took a trip to the City of Sin this past weekend with Sarah and Dan! They were Vegas virgins so it was great getting to show them all the debauchery! Since Blake LOVES to play blackjack and has an MGM players card (and also bet way too much money to think about) we got comped a suite at THEhotel at Mandalay for the weekend. Blake likes to make himself feel better about losing a lot of money this trip by saying "We just paid for our hotel room". Although, he won't really even admit to losing money because in his mind it was just a deposit. Lovely.

Drinks at Mix at the top of THEhotel. Awesome view of the strip and the most fabulous bathrooms ever. Each stall has an entire wall window of the strip. The bartender told us it was the number three rated bathroom in the world. Cool!

We went to dinner at Aerole in Mandalay Bay. It was a super nice place and its known for its flying wine angels. You order a bottle of wine you use this electronic wine menu (it was way harder than it looks). Then, there are girls strapped in to harnesses that are hoisted up the 40 foot wall of wine to grab your bottle. It was really cool to watch, but none of the pictures turned out.

Blake brought a Bucee's koozie all the way from home and brought it into the club, Bank, at the Bellagio. Super claaasssssyyyy.

Our friends James and Megan happen to be in Vegas the same weekend for a parents getaway. They are new parents to a 7 month old adorable boy and this was their first time away together. It was so great to see them and hang out. They met us at Bank after dinner.

We then headed to La Reve, the cirque du soilel show at the Wynn. It was really great. Unfortunately, all four of us felt like le poop and went to bed after the show at about 12:30 pm. I know, you can call us lame, but Friday night was rowdy. See you later Vegoose.
