St. Pattys Day

This is the first year (since college) that we have actually celebrated St. Patty's day. Call us uncool if you will, but we have always either been out of town, or uninterested. Well, this year we decided to do it right at the OTC/Hendricks Pub block party. Blake felt it was only right since he is Irish.

Before we had a few people over for green mimosas, green beer and snacks. Our first and third floors are a mess and full of packing boxes, but the main level is still in entertaining order.

Menu: Green chips (found at Chapelwood Spring Thing Market) with green sauce, Irish Cheese and Irish Sausage, Pistachios (only because they are green), hummus, and green cupcakes.

B and I went to Party Boy the day before and got the napkins, cups, plates, beads, necklaces, hat, and boa.

It was a really nice day to be outside and play a few games of bags.

Mario Williams (former Texan) was at the bar!

Face painting!

Love this pic!

Blake and Andrew Craig playing bags. Blake had never officially met him before and is a pretty big fan of his. I am sure this made his day!

Group shot!

We got there at 1:30 p.m. and as you can see there were not a lot of people there. We are old and left at 5:00 p.m. and it was super crowded. Just goes to show we can't hang like we used to...

We then sat our butts on the couch and watched a movie with Cass and Justin. What a wonderful St. Patrick's Day!
